Luminoso apartamento de 3 habitaciones, en Berlín

  Decent place to stay, spacious rooms, bit dark.

  La casa è molto bella, pulita, l'unica pecca è che non è esattamente in centro raggiungibile comunque in 30 min.

  Great big spacious apartment with large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen was useful. Central location with supermarkets nearby.

  Alles war schön sauber. Einziger Kritikpunkt, Dusche braucht relativ lange bis heisses Wasser kommt!

  The accomodation was excellent; very spacious and in good condition. I couldn't get the oven to work but maybe that was just me. The only downside was that the area didn't come across as the safest. We didn't really have any problems to be honest - apart from some mental locals who were ...obviously on something other than booze - and the subway was 100 yards away so it wasn't a big deal. All in all a very good place to hole up for a few hours in between dinking and sight-seeing. The lady who owns the flat was very friendly and helpful too.

  L'appartement est très spacieux et propre. Tout s'est bien passé! De plus la propriétaire est professionnelle et accommodante.

  The flat is well kept, spacious, clean and full of light. The kitchen equipment is OK (sufficient plates, glasses and cutlery, which is not always the case), we didn't suffer from the lack of microwave. The TV set is small and out of date but we weren't planning to watch German soap operas so it ...didn't bother us. Location is good although it's not central, there is a direct bus to Mitte (TXL) via the Hauptbahnhof, and 2 U-bahn stops from the zoo. Although the area seems shabby, it's very safe and quiet. The USB-stick to connect to the internet was crap, don't expect to surf because it's very very low speed. But after I mentionned this, the owner promised me a refund, and is planning to install a proper broadband in August 2011. Contact with the owner was very good. 

Oh-Berlin:

The owner confirms that he has fixed the problem with the internet connection. Now, there is an internet access over ADSL WiFi.

  Nice, light, calm and very clean

  It was a perfect, quiet, and warm home near to metro station. Maybe it was the best apartment that I steyed in europe!!! I know that the next year I will stay again there

  nice, clean and comfortable, spacius flat with good connections and very close to Tegel airport.

  Siamo stati benissimo in questo appartamento, molto caldo e fornito di ogni cosa: dalla lavastoviglie all'asciugacapelli, da tutto il necessario per cucinare alla connessione ADSL. Zona tranquilla, le finestre sono tutte su un cortile interno. La fermata di metro e bus si trova a 5 min, mercato di ...quartiere anche lui a 5 min. dall'appartamento. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Unici difetti un solo bagno e per arrivarci bisogna attraversare praticamente tutta la casa. L'ho già consigliato a tutti i miei amici. 

  Very spacious appartment, with a slight disadvantage that to reach the bathroom from the first bedroom, you have to pass a 2nd bedroom and the living room/3rd bedroom. The furniture and equipment is not very modern and the CD-player seemed not to work . The lady running the appartment was very ...helpful, and we had a very good time in Berlin. The appartment is slightly outside the main area of Berlin. But subway is nearby. 

  Nice apartment for 5 people. Note that the bathroom is at one side of the apartment so anyone has to pass through the twin bedroom and the living room. Only the guests in the double room have full privacy. It was really nice to see how even the smallest details were taken care of. I would come back!

  Appartement spacieux, lumineux, confortable et surtout très calme. Idéal pour se reposer après des journées chargées à Berlin. Le métro est à 50 mètres.L'appartement correspond bien au descriptif.

  El cuidado que se pone en el mantenimiento y en todos los detalles de este departamento hacen que la estancia sea placentera por completo. La atención de los hospederos es estupenda.

  Leuk appartement, prima en heel vriendelijk ingericht. De contacten met de eigenaresse waren heel prettig en we voelden ons erg welkom in het appartement. De locatie was goed, een prima plek als uitvalsbasis voor het bekijken van Berlijn, zowel te voet als met openbaar vervoer. En een leuke ...markthal in de nabijheid voor de boodschappen. Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad in Berlijn. En het appartement is goed bevallen.  

  l'appartement était conforme à nos attentes : équipement parfait, quartier très calme, excellents restaurants de proximité, métro très proche, accès très rapide au centre. Seul reproche: les WC sont dans la salle de bain.

  The whole experience was excellent, we all enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and tidy, it even had slippers to put on.

  The house was absolutely cleaned and tided up. The apartment is very nice... Only you pass trough all rooms to go to the bathroom... You have everything you need in the house. 100% recommend!

  Wir k önnen die Wohnung nahezu uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen: sie ist sehr sauber, zweckmäßig, groß, zentral und doch ruhig und - wichtig im Winter - gut zu heizen. Die Vermieterin hat sich auf sehr angenehme Weise um uns und unseren Aufenthalt gekümmert. Das Stadtviertel bietet alles, ...was man braucht. Wir werden die Wohnung sicher noch einmal buchen! 

  Die Heizung konnte nur zentral für alle Räume gleich gesteuert werden.Somit war es in den Schlafzimmern zu warm und wir konnten somit nicht, wie gewünscht, Energie sparen.

  Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und zuverlässig. DIe Wohnung liegt nur 2 Minuten von einer U-Bahnstation entfernt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und geräumig. Es war alles Notwenige vorhanden.

  Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemütlich, hell und stilvoll eingerichtet, leider war ein Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer.

  Appartement au calme, confortable, assez bien situé, proche metto, bus, propre et bien équipé .

  Sehr schicke Wohnung, alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht! Kommen gern wieder!

  Die hohen Räume, großes Wohnzimmer, hilfreiche Infos via Mail vor Ankunft und hilfreiche Infomappe der Vemieter in der Wohnung, ruhige Lage Richtung Innenhöfe, Morgensonne bis Mittag!Ein Nachteil ist nur die Lage des Sanitärbereiches, man muss nachts durch das zweite Schlafzimmer gehen falls man... auf die Toilette muss, für Familien ist das kein Problem, für eine Gruppe von Freunden wäre es vielleicht nicht so günstig.

  Nette Wohnung mit überdurchschnittlicher Ausstattung bzgl. Handtücher, Besteck, etc. Netter Empfang. Einzig der Grundriss ist gewöhnungsbedürftig (ein "Schlafzimmer" und das Wohnzimmer sind halt Durchgangszimmer. Wir kommen gerne wieder

  Buen comunicado con bus y metro, buena comunicación con la propietaria. El apartamento es tal como se describe.

  Der perfekte Aufenthalt für unseren Kurzurlaub: zentral, ruhig, sehr großzügig ausgestattet und in der Mischung von Funktionalität und persönlicher Einrichtung dazu einladend, sich gleich zuhause zu fühlen. Absprache und Aufnahme sehr freundlich und effektiv. Wer brauchbare Informationen ...benötigt, erhält diese im Vorfeld per Mail oder kann sich an den (aktuellen!) Hinweisen im Wohnungsregal bedienen. Hier lässt sich`s leben! Die Wohnung war klasse, die Vermittlung zügig und zuverlässig! 

  Cet appartement est très calme, propre et cosy, décoré sobrement et avec goût. Il est très bien équipé. Il convient parfaitement à 4 personnes. Les propriétaires laissent beaucoup d'indications sur le quartier (restaurants sympas, courses), le métro est tout proche ainsi qu'un loueur de vélos, idéal pour visiter Berlin.

  Nette Wohnung mit guter Anbindung zu den Zentren. Wohnung sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet in ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung kann ich ruhigen Gewissens empfehlen.

  Klasse Wohnung! Nicht weit von Hbf, voll ausgestattet. Leider im 3. Stock (mit Koffer war nicht lustig, weil es keinen Fahrstuhl gab). Kinderfreundlich! Extra plus! Sogar die Spielzeuge dabei, meine Tochter war begeistert.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke! Gerne wieder!

  El apartamento está fenomenal, muy cómodo y acogedor. Camas cómodas. Es muy amplio y tiene una calefacción estupenda. Hemos pasado unos días geniales en Berlín y recomiendo el apartamento, nosotros hemos estado como en casa
