Appartement de qualité avec de magnifiques vue pour quatre personnes

  Eine sehr modern und reichhaltig ausgestattete Wohnung, fast im Zentrum von Berlin.Die Angaben in der Wohnungsbeschreibung wurden vollständig erfüllt. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung der Wohnung gab es ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Sogar ein günstiges Parkhaus war gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen.

  Very quiet and comfortable. Fitted out to a good standard. Not in the centre of Berlin but with a choice of two stations on different lines close by.

  Helle und freundlich gestaltete Unterkunft. Sehr schön. Lan-Anschluss wäre toll. ich finde es schlecht, dass man kein online-banking durchführen kann.

  Mit Aufzug und Geschäften um die Ecke auch perfekt für Familie mit Kind(ern). Danke, wirklich eine schöne Wohnung, sauber und in toller Lage. Haben sie Freunden schon weiterempfohlen.

  Cartier the owner was very helpful, she gave us lots of helpful information when we arrived. The apartment was fabulous, it had everything we needed, however it was a little bit further outside of the centre than I had expected, however it was our first time to Berlin so it was not a problem. ...Everything was great with the services provided by the agency.  

  Appartement tout à fait correct, correspondant très bien au descriptif sur internet, très bien placé, super calme et très bien tenu. La personne qui nous a accueilli nous avait donné au préalable les infos pour arriver de l'aéroport à l'appartement et elle nous a donné tous les conseils ...pratiques sur place lors de la remise des clés. Si je dois retourner à Berlin, j'irai sans hésitation à nouveau dans cet appartement.

  Appartement très calme et très bien situé, très confortable. Nous avons été très satisfait du contact. Il manquait la WIFI. Sinon l'ensemble était très satisfaisant. Les réponses apportées étaient claires et précises.

  Geschirr und Besteck teilweise mit Spülrändern. im Kühlschrank und in den Schränken teilweise noch Lebensmittelreste, die jedoch noch in Ordnung waren.

  The apartment was clean and quite well appointed. Unfortunately, on our arrival date, the contact person was not available to meet us and had a friend attend the apartment on her behalf. The friend did not have a strong grasp of English which meant that the myriad of questions we had about the ...apartment, location, transport etc were not answered. This is not meant as a direct criticism - but only as a comment. We found our way around the apartment and the general area in fairly quick time, but it would have been easier for us with a bit of local advice. 

  Sehr schöne Aussicht, ruhige Lage. Einkaufszentrum und U-Bahn i.d. Nähe.

  Für den Balkonwäre ein Sonnenschirm angebracht.

  Appartement de construction récente, vue très agréable. Logement bien équipé et calme. À proximité des transports en commun, mais Berlin peut se visiter en vélo ce que je conseille. De plus il y a possibilité de les entreposer dans la cour intérieure.

  Wir können die Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub in Berlin uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden, alles ist sauber und ordentlich, die Betten sind o.k. und man hat direkt vor der Haustür eine Bushaltestelle, von der man in die City reinfahren kann. Kleines Manko war ...der spätabendliche Lärm im Innenhof der Hausanlage. Unser Fazit, tolle Wohnung.  

  Sehr schöne Wohnung in bester Lage! Sehr freundliche Kontaktperson hat alles sehr gut geklappt mit der Schlüsseübergabe.

  Am meisten begeisterte mich der Ausblick: Über das Engelbecken kann man den früheren Kanal entlang schauen. Wunderbare Weitsicht, die man wohl nur selten in Berlin findet!

  Empfehlenswert wären Garderobe-Haken für Mäntel und Jacken.

  appartamento come da foto. Accogliente, pulitissimo, arredamento essenziale e nuovo. Cucina attrezzatissima non manca proprio nulla. La zona è abbastanza centrale e comunque vicinissima alla fermata della metro. Persona di contatto molto gentile.

  Hey die Wohnung, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, usw. alles super, die Verkehrsanbindung gut und Berlin ist immer eine Reise wert. für drei Tage ziemlich Hohe Bearbeitungsgebühr von über 60 €

  apartamento céntrico, luminoso, limpio, muebles simples, funcionales . Cocina con utensilios a estrenar. toallas y sábanas en perfecto estado.

  Superb contact person, extremely helpful and kind. Location fantastic close to U8 which gets you into centre areas quickly we never had to wait longer than 4 mins for a train. Being winter it was lovely to see the lights of the surrounding buildings lighting up the sky. Good supermarkets close by ...for daily needs. Accommadation exactly as in photos, kitchen well stocked, bathroom good size, plenty of hot water. Underfloor heating meant appartment was cosy. The only negative aspect was the fact that some of the duvets were feather,2 of our party are allergic to feathers and in these days I would expect the duvets to be non allergenic as they are easier to wash and keep clean. The pillows were also lumpy and uncomfortable which could be easily rectified. Hence the good rather than excellent.

  It snowed whilst we were in Berlin and it was lovely to come back to a lovely warm apartment after a long day. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Welcome goodies were also a nice touch!

  Logement à l'état neuf, très propre et agréable, situé à 5 mn de la station de métro qui est à 2 stations d'Alexander Platz (que l'on peut rejoindre à pied en 20 mn. Belle vue dégagée, quartier extrêmement calme. Quelques restaurants typiquement allemands à prix abordables sur ...Oranienstrasse et alentours. Si on devait revenir, on retournerait au même endroit 

  sauber, hell, zweckmässig, gut aufgeteilt ("Ikea-Musterwohnung") Küche hätte ein wenig mehr Geschirr vertragen; 1 Bett knarrte sehr 200 Meter entfernt von 2 Discountern, Bäckerei und Kiosk; U-Bahn gut und schnell erreichbar; ruhiges Umfeld, interessante Aussicht.

  L'appartamento si raggiunge facilmente da Alexanderplatz con la linea 8. La persona di contatto è stata attenta e disponibile. L'alloggio è accogliente, pulito, luminoso, confortevole. Contribuisce certamente a rendere il soggiorno a Berlino particolarmente gradevole. Suggerisco volentieri e con piacere questa soluzione.

  Contact person very friendly and flexible. Apartment exactly as per description. Apartment very warm, sometimes too warm, but this is positive in wintertime :) Location silent and relaxing, but still very convenient to the city center via underground. Free parking easy to find nearby. Aldi Markt ...close to it, basic stuff always available mon-sat 8:00-20:00 Apartment is perfect for our family with a kid (3), an infant and 2 adults. Flat tv has usb plug but it was not able to detect my 500 Gb hdd, so bring your stuff in a usb thumb drive. Overall highly  

  It is very easy to go from Alexanderplatz to Airport Schoenefeld. If you go to Schoenefeld take de train at Alexanderplatz Station. Enjoy the supermarkets close by. You can eat good at Oranienstr. Look good for restaurants on beforehand.

  Super Lage, mitten drin und doch ein erholsamer Ort mit Balkon mit Blick auf das Engelsbecken. Einfach schön!

  Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, in wenigen Minuten ist die U-Bahn-Station erreicht und nach 2 Stationen befindet man sich am Alexanderplatz. Man genießt einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Engelsbecken, Bäcker, Aldi, Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Berlin ist eine Reise wert und ...die Wohnung ist auf Grund der zentralen Lage zu empfehlen. Was nicht schlecht gewesen wäre: ein weiterer Satz Handtücher pro Person. Die Wohnungsgröße ist ausreichend für 3 Personen. Berlin wir kommen wieder :-)  

  Die Wohnung ist, bis auf den Teppichboden wirklich klasse!! Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte tadellos und die Kontaktperson war sehr freundlich. An Toplage und mit bester Verkehrsanbindung ist die Wohnung wirklich ein Glücksgriff. Wir empfehlen das Objekt gerne weiter.

  The apartment was in a beautiful setting with the underground and buses near at hand. The M29 bus from Oranienplatz takes you to Checkpoint Charlie the Ka De We Department Store. The Kaiser supermarket was nearby and restaurants and coffee shops just a short walk away. We loved the local pastry ...shop! The apartment was spotlessly clean as was the access lift and stair. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Angel Pool was delightful. Mrs K. was very welcoming and helpful and we would certainly recommend the apartment to family and friends. Angela and Roslyn 

  Goed gelegen, vlakbij de metro, in een mooie rustige woonbuurt. Via het park ben je snel in de drukkere Orangerieën strasse waar je een mooi aanbod hebt van betaalbare multiculturele restaurants en verschillende gezellige cafés. Een aanrader!

  We had a great stay and found the apartment to be in super location...quiet but still close to the underground and grocery shops. Hearing the church bells twice a day added to the ambiance as did the view from the balcony . We would certainly enjoy a return stay The Blacks from Canada

  Ruhige, helle und saubere Wohnung. Tolle Aussicht auf das Engelsbecken. Ca. 300 Meter bis zur nächsten U-Bahnstation. Dadurch sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar. Kleiner Negativpunkt ist die laute Spülmaschine. Wir werden aber sicherlich wiederkommen.

  Quality apartments in Berlin are a bit hard to come by so this was very pleasing. I thought the place was bigger and cosier than it appeared in the photographs and I liked the location - very close to the U-Bahn. I'd certainly recommend.

  The owner was very quick to fix the internet when we had a problem. We loved the apartment, and the location, and had a lovely stay.

  The apartment is in a great location with some excellent restaurants within walking distance. There is easy tube (u-bahn) access within a few minutes walk of the apartment.The apartment was comfortable and spacious; a great place to chill out after a busy day sightseeing.

  View and location,however the linen was thin and old and the only 2 pillows need replacing .Perhaps more than 1 pillow per guest would be a good thing

  It's the first time we'd been to Berlin, and we were very happy with the location. It's only a 15 minute walk from the city centre.

  The apartment was clean and comfortable with all expected amenities including wifi and kitchen appliances. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe. Good proximity to local shops especially Kaiser and Aldi.It was central for lots of sightseeing and easy for accessing UBahn and taxis.Great view from the balcony over a small lake.

  Splendid view down to a lake and park; a heron came fishing most mornings. Rooftop views across East Berlin: interesting to find the wall had run across the end of the next street. Plenty of room for four adults so a family could easily be accommodated in comfort; local shops within 200 metres - ...Aldi (excellent) and Kaiser's (very good) - and two restaurants nearby with a beer celar/restaurant in the next street, but extremely busy when we tried to go. U-bahn Heinrich Heine very convenient for all journeys around the city. The custodian was extremely helpful on arrival and left her mobile number if needed.Thoroughly recommended as long as you know a little about Berlin and the sights you wish to visit. Be aware of extensive building works for the next year at Unter den Linden & Museum Is.

  This is a great apartment. It is clean, convenient and very quiet. It has aldi and kaiser just around the corner and the Ubahn station is only a few mins walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  I recommend this apartment highly and it was extremely comfortable for 4 people. The location is close to the trains and supermarkets and the views are amazing. A+++

  Nice apartment. Neat and clean, though a little worn around the edges. Thermostat heating superb in the depths of winter. Spacious bedrooms. Good bathroom and bath. Wonderful view from the balcony, which can even be enjoyed in January. Interesting neighbourhood, with fascinating local history. A ...little seedy at night. Especially outside Kaiser's (great supermarket) but usually plenty of locals about to diffuse any ill-feeling. Yummy unassuming bakery around the corner too.

  Great apartment with lovely balcony and in an area really convenient for sightseeing all around Berlin. Also near to shops, restaurants bars etc.

La estación de metro más cercana está a menos de 5 minutos, y se encuentra sólo a 2 paradas de la estación de Alexanderplatz, desde donde salen diversas lineas de metro, tren y autobús.   The location of the appartment is excellent. 3 Supermarkets on walking distance, a (very good) restaurant next door, 5 minutes walking from U and the S-bahn. Great. The appartment is very well equipped. 2 Nice bedrooms, bathroom, dishwasher, etc. Perfect. One advice, please replace the lamps above ...the dinner table. They don't work properly.We were not 100% happy with the reaction of the lady that welcomed us. We are very honnest people and notes with several exclamation marks are trully not needed and gave us a very uncomfortable feeling. I did appologized at arrival and immediately jumped into the car to look for the cash. Mistakes sometimes happen.  

  We loved our stay in the apartment. It was clean, comfortable and the location was great with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. I would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Berlin.

  Appartement bien situé, lumineux et confortable. Seul bémol, la seconde chambre à coucher est petite pour deux adultes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appui donné par le représentant sur place pour contacter le fournisseur de service internet lorsqu'il y a eu panne. Le problème a été résolu en moins de 48 heures.

  Netjes verzorgd appartement op een mooie locatie met een mooi uitzicht, ligging ten opzichte van Berlijn is uitstekend.

  Het appartement is zeer centraal gelegen in een rustige wijk. Bijna alle bezienswaardigheden zijn lopend of met de metro (Heinrich Heinestrasse) te bereiken. Zeer complete keukenuitrusting. De bedden zijn wel heel laag.

  Die Wohnung war in einem hervorragenden Zustand, die Lage einzigartig. Die Kontakte per e-Mail, am Telefon und vor Ort waren vorbildlich. Wünschenswert wäre eine gute Leseleuchte im Wohnzimmer. Ansonsten hatten wir nur Freude an diesem Apt.

  El apartamento es tal com se anuncia, barrio tranquilo con buenas vistas, muy cerca del transporte publico. El unico pero que nosotros hemos encontrado son los colchones y cojines de las camas un poco incomodos.

  Very nice apartment with easy access by metro to centre of town. We were met be Katharina who was very helpful. No problems at all.

  We were under the impression it had twin beds but it didn't. There was scaffolding up in the balcony so unable to sit out.
