            Accommodations were clean, comfortable, and Quiet. The location was EXCELLENT, shopping within one-half block. UBahn was less than a block away and the grocer and bakery were within a half block. VERY HAPPY WITH THE APARTMENT AND LOCATION. WOULD DO IT AGAIN!

            The appartment was just a lovely and silent harbor after the busy impressive city of Berlin. Clean, fresh, easy and all the comfort we wanted and needed! Full kitchen, big bathroom and a big living/sleeping room, great for 2 people. Good price for this apartment! Very tranquil place just 2 stops out...

            Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Sie war geräumig, hell und sehr sauber! Die Lage hat uns auch gepasst, ruhig und doch unweit vom Zentrum, U-Bahnstation war auch sehr nah. Einzige geringe Mängel, waren für uns, dass es keinen Duschvorhang hatte, keinen Abfalleimer im Bad und keine Balkonmöbel. Ansonsten war alles prima.

            Wohnung in sehr gutem Zustand und noch schöner als auf den Fotos zu sehen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung kann man sich wunderbar selbst versorgen, Bio - Laden, normale Supermärkte und Restaurants ganz nah. Ruhig und wirklich schön grün gelegen.

            Das Apartement sieht wirklich so aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Realität vor Ort im Detail ist jedoch eine andere: - Das Bett läßt zu wünschen übrig. Rahmen des Bettes war angebrochen. Einzelne Latten des Lattenrostes fallen bei Bewegung auf der Matratze schonmal raus. Hier muß wirklich etwas...

            Everything was great. The apartment is in a nice location with U6 very nearby, the quarter is very nice also. The landlady was friendly and efficient, and the apartment clean, nicely furnished and spacious. The only small negative remark is the lack of internet. Would recommend it to friends and family.

            The only criticism we would have of the accomodation they need a washing machine and also the towels were very hard and old not up to standard of the accomodation. Also a couple of chairs on the balcony are needed.

            Sehr saubere, angenehm eingerichtete Wohnung. Ruhige Lage, nahe zur U-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Freundliche und hilfreiche Kontaktperson. Einziger Nachteil: Duschen schwierig, da Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang. Würden die Wohnung aber sofort wieder mieten.

            Friendly welcome, warm and modern appartment, fine location = for 100 % value for money. Oké : could be even super with a shower curtain, a microwave, and perhalps for summer nights : soms garden furniture to relax on the balcony... But we were very happy with this reervation.             Sehr schöne gemütliche Altbauwohnung mit kleinem Balkon im 1. Stock. Super nette Vermieterien. Gepflegte Wohnung in einer schönen Umgebung. Gute Ausstattung. Das Zentrum ist mit der U-Bahn problemlos zu erreichen (fährt fast vor der Haustür ab). Wir würden diese Wohnung sofort wieder mieten.
