Appartement confortable avec un emplacement exceptionnel

  l'appartement était très bien mais le prix assez élevé pour une ville comme Berlin qui pratique des prix très bon marché au regard des autres capitales européennes.

  Mevrouw Makowski deed het prima. Goede bedden, we hadden goede TV, een mooie ruime keuken. Éen ding vond ik niet prettig: de dikke rode handdoeken, die niet lekker droogden. Ook misten wij een matje in de douchecel, die erg glad was. Wel was de warmwatervoorziening uitstekend.

  Sehr gute Wohnung. Es war alles so wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten und wie es beschrieben ist. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, direkt vor der Tür. Bäcker gleich unten vor der Ferienwohnung. Außerdem Lidl und ein sehr guter Spanischer Supermarkt in der Nähe. Die Beratung bei dem Spanischen ...Supermarkt ist sehr gut. Zwei Ecken weiter gibt es einen Italiener der eine gute Pizza macht und auch so lustig drauf ist. Berlin ist S U P E R und immer eine Reise wert. Wir kommen wieder. 

  Quelques petites remarques concernant cette location: - odeur de tabac dans l'appartement, ce qui est désagréable pour les non-fumeurs - il serait appréciable d'avoir quelques produits de type papier toilette, papier absorbant, plusieurs sacs poubelle dans l'appartement lorsqu'on vient à 4... personnes pour un séjour de 5 jours (1 sac poubelle seulement, 1/2 rouleau de papier toilette...)

  Appartamento stupendo situato in posizione strategica. Completo di ogni comfort e attrezzato per ogni esigenza. Sicuramente quando tornerò a Berlino verificherò la disponibilità di questo appartamento, prima di ogni altra cosa. La cucine è perfettamente attrezzata, il soggiorno accogliente e ...molto luminoso è dotato di ogni comfort compresa la tv via cavo a schermo piatto, stereo e divani comodissimi. Le camere sono molto comode e silenziose e il bagno ha perfino il bidè (cosa assolutamente rara in Germania). Situato vicino a checkpoint point charlie è collegato con il resto della città dalla vicina fermata della metropolitana. Consigliatissimo sia per coppie, famiglie o gruppi di amici. Sono rimasto colpito dall' ospitalitá e dalla gentilezza della padrona di casa. voto 10! 

  Die Wohnung ist als Nichtraucherwohnung angegeben, aber in der Wohnung wurde eindeutig geraucht. Die Bettwäschw war nicht ganz in Ordnung, es befanden sich Haare darin.

  Appartement très bien entretenu, vaste idéal pour 4 personnes. Lumineux avec une cuisine vaste . Localisation calme un peu excentré mais a proximite du bus qui conduit directement a potsdamer platz et au kudamm et a courte distance du Ubahn lui aussi direct vers l'essentiel des destination ...touristique . Donc très positif nous n’hésiterons pas a y retourner lors d'un prochain séjour berlinois  

  The location was good for us since we were working at Martin-Gropius-Bau (15 min walk) but otherwise the surroundings were a bit boring. The house and the street were very quiet, the bed was super comfortable. Plenty of room, clean, nicely equiped. My biggest minus would be the glass tables (very loud when you're having breakfast).

  Exactement ce que nous voulions : accueil, localisation et appartement, un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

  Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles Notwendige vorhanden und sauber. Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig - mit der Buslinie M29 (Bushaltestelle unmittelbar am Haus ) erreicht man mühelos die S- und U- Bahnstationen, sowie ein Teil der Sehenswürdigkeiten.Toll fanden wir auch, dass sich im ...Erdgeschosses ein Bäcker befindet, der auch Sonntags frische Schrippen bereithält. :) Gerne kommen wir wieder. 

  Appartement très bien situé dans Kreuzberg, le quartier est vraiment sympa et dynamique ! les sites incontournables de Berlin sont accessibles à pied par beau temps, la balade est vraiment agréable.

  Die Wohnung war einfach super!

  Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hell, geräumig und gepflegt mit Internetanschluss. Die Schlafräume liegen ruhig nach hinten zu einem Garten blickend. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, sodass der Straßenlärm in Küche und Wohnzimmer gut abgemildert wird. Ein Nachteil ist allerdings, dass die ...Fenster über keine Rollos verfügen und dadurch die Räume im Sommer zu warm werden. Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Quartier.

  Die sehr zentrale Lage, ausgezeichnete Bus und U-Bahn Verbindung. Ganz toller Kinderspielplatz im Innenhof.

  This appartement is in a better location than we had thought. Central to walk to a good set of museums and not too far from up and coming Kreuzberg. The flat is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. The only slight negative comment is the fact that the sheets were not cotton and unironed. But we will be back notwithstanding.

  Das Apartment entsprach unseren Erwartungen und auch der Beschreibung exakt. Es ist eine grosszügig geschnittene Wohnung mit viel Platz für mehrere Leute. Wir waren zwei Ehepaare mit einem Kleinkind: Problemlos möglich, wir hatten ein Kinderbett dabei. Die Küche ist wie ein zweiter Wohn- und ...Aufenthaltsraum. Sehr gute Lage für kulturelle Unternehmungen jeder Art, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig möglich, ruhige gepflegte Umgebung, ruhiges Haus, sehr attraktiver Innenhof mit Spielplatz (!). Empfehlenswert sind geräuschdämmende Textilien für die Glastische, ebenfalls darf man nicht geräuschempfindlich sein, wenn z.B. die Stühle auf den schönen Steinfliessen (Boden) geschoben werden. Wir verbrachten gemütliche Weihnachtstage und uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke nochmals an die Vermieterin! Freundliche Vermieterin und Verwalterin. Unsere Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Alles hat bestens geklappt.

  Great location - you can walk everywhere within 20 mins/half an hour, be it Kreuzberg 61, Kreuzberg 36, Schoeneberg (the 'old West') or Mitte and Friedrichshain (the 'old East') plus excellent access to where the wall once was including Checkpoint Charlie in 10 mins distance. Great to have the M29 ...bus in front of the door and the tube station U Kochstr in 10 mins walking distance. The apartment was delightful - spacious, full of light and equipped with everything you need - comfy, quiet and lovely to be in, we were there with two daughters and it was just perfect. The owner kindly allowed us to check out later (3pm instead of 11am) as no new arrival was scheduled for our departure day which was most helpful as our flight was 6pm. We warmly recommend this apartment, enjoy! Thank you :-)  

  Its a lovely warm, sunny apartment, with everything that you could need for your stay. The beds are comfortable, the lounge is lovely the tele had all the stations... theres a dishwasher and clothes washer. Its really close to Check point Charlie...you can walk and the little cafe just under has ...the best soft eggs on toast for breakfast (if you dont want to cook in your apartment) We loved it and would stay again if we were in Berlin. Host was extremely nice, waited until 11.00PM at night for us to arrive as our bus was over two hours late. GREAT PLACE felt like home. Doona's though, would be better if they were double bed size and not single bed size... 

  Lovely apartment. Modern, clean and really well equipped. Great location too. Only a 10 minute walk to Checkpoint Charlie and the metro.

  The location is perfect - bus 29 outside the front door, two-block walk to the Kochstrasse U station, very handy to grocery stores, bakery/coffee shop downstairs. Quiet at night, very spacious, apartment, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. Mrs. M was very accommodating.

  Very nice apartment in a very central position. Bus leaves outside the house. Excellent bakery downstairs. All in all an excellent choice to spend your holidays in Berlin.

  The apartment was exactly as pictured. It was roomy, clean, had excellent heat, working WiFi, and had a very convenient bus stop right in front. I would stay there again and highly recommend it. The only minor problem I had was with the remote for the outside door. I had to click it many times to get it to work.

  The apartment was just perfect. Exactly as pictured and very warm and cosy for our six-day stay in Berlin over Christmas 2014. My partner and I stayed with my younger brother, and the apartment was a fantastic size to accommodate us. The heating was great, as was the free WiFi! M. was an ...excellent host, who met us promptly and was available if we had any issues/questions. The location is great - within easy walking distance to a lot of Berlin sights. Slight downside is its proximity from a U-Bahn (10 minute walk) for people who might not want to walk, but we were happy to walk almost everywhere! You can get to most sights in less than 30 minutes by foot (Checkpoint Charlie is a 10 minute walk away!) Overall fantastic and very highly recommended!

  Apartment exactly as shown in the photos. Clean and comfortable with well-equipped kitchen. Our one caveat would be that only one pillow (and a not very plump one at that) was provided per person.

  Adoramos o apartamento! Muito mais espaçoso do que mostram as fotos, é super equipado com tudo que se precisa para cozinhar, som e uma boa tv. A localização é muito boa, com uma breve caminhada chega-se a vários restaurantes e bons bares em Kreuzberg além de estar cercado de estações de ...metrô, facilitando o deslocamento para qualquer lugar da cidade. 

  The apartment was large and well presented. All equipment etc. was as expected and it was surprisingly quiet, even though it was on a busy road.We would be very happy to recommend it to others. Quick and clear responses to email questions, airport transfers went very smoothly.

  Para nosotros los mejores aspectos han sido: la ubicación, la amplitud y comodidad del apartamento. El trato y la comunicación con la propiedad ha sido cordial y fácil. La estancia tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Berlin.

  Wir waren einen Monat in der Wohnung und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sehr viel Platz und Licht und alles ist da. Das Wohnzimmer ist besonders schön mit 2 großen gemütlichen Sofas. Es gab mehrere gute Restaurants in der Nähe und mit den 2 Buslinien kommt man überall schnell hin.Das einzige ...das ich vorschlagen würde: in den Schlafzimmern sollte man "Day Curtains" haben. Man kann da direkt in die Zimmer sehen wenn man die Fenster öffnet.

  This is a very comfortable and quiet apartment. It is very clean with good furniture and design. We greatly enjoyed our stay and the owner and M were excellent to work with providing information and directions promptly. The only concern is the Internet is poor and only works in the living room, but ...not consistently . This was frustrating and the only negative to an otherwise perfect stay.  

  The Internet was very poor, only emails worked. The hotplate did not work, the oven worked but no equipment to cook on and everything was too big to go in the microwave. We ended up eating out as we couldn't cook, we chose an apartment with a fantastic kitchen to cook in as there were four of us and... it gets expensive to eat out. But the owner reimbursed us 50€ for the problems. 

  Binnen 10 minuten lopend in het centrum van Berlijn.De woning was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien.Een aanrader!

  Super Lage, beste Lage, ruhig und zentral, gut ausgestattet, unkomplizierte Übergabe, besser gehts nicht.
