  Nunca había visto un apartamento tan bien equipado, principalmente la cocina, con toda clase de pequeños electrodomésticos. Todo estaba perfectamente limpio excepto debajo de la cama y del sofá y así se lo comentamos al encargado, pero esto es algo a solucionar. Nuestra experiencia ha sido totalmente satisfactoria.

  Très bon accueil de la part de T. Nous avons trouvé un appartement fidèle à la description sur "All-Berlin-Apartments". Décoration soignée. Location très propre, confortable, calme et bien située : proche du centre de la ville, du métro et des bus. Sans hésitation, nous recommandons cette location et peut-être y séjourner à nouveau.

  appartement paisible isolé du bruit de circulation, confortable, espaces bien organisés, équipement généreux, agréable, propreté irréprochable , décor sobre et de bon goût, idéalement situé avec commerce de proximité et transports en commun à la porte, vers Tegel ou vers le centre ville. Excellente impression avec la personne de contact.

  Sehr angenehm, sauber , schon dekoriert, warm und leise, Die Lage super ideal mit Supermarkets und Restaurant in der nähe.

  9,3/10 Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Quartier tranquille et en même temps tout près de Ku'damm. Bus en face qui mène à Bahnhofzoo et à l'aéroport Tegel. Deux stations de métro à proximité.

  niveau de confort plus haut que la description. Endroit idéal au calme et au vert en pleine ville et tout près d'arrêt de bus amenant en plein centre de Berlin en 10 min.

  L'appartement est bien situé, à proximité des transports en commun tout en étant au calme. Rien n'y manque pour l'équipement. Très bon séjour sur place.

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden, nur auf den Bildern sah es grösser aus, mit Weitwinkel aufgenommen. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und geht zum Hinterhof, ist also sehr ruhig. Die Kontaktperson war sehr nett, am Abreisetag kamen zwei Damen, um den Schlüssel abzuholen und wir haben dann einfach die Tür hinter uns zugezogen, ganz problemlos.

  La verdad que mis amigas y yo estuvimos muy bien en el apartamento, muy limpio, acojedor y con gusto a la hora de la decoración. El inconveniente que tuvimos es que la propietaria no fué nada puntual, ni el dia que llegamos ni el día que nos ibamos. Por lo demás todo muy bien ;)

  Rustig gelegen studio vlakbij Deutsche Oper en Staats Oper (Schiller). Vlakbij Metrohalte, en bushalte voor de deur. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien. Komplete keuken uitrusting, en woonkamer met heerlijk bank en bedden. Zeker een adres om terug te komen !!

  location a bit out of the centre but close to U-bahn and walkable to Ku'Damm (15 mins) - contact person very friendly and helpful but arrived 40 mins later than planned - accommodation good, quiet position and nice outlook from balcony though bathroom needs upgrading

  This apartment is very convenient for the Staatsoper at the Schiller Theatre. The owner is very helpful, but the agent who hands over the keys was late for our appointment. However, the flat itself is excellent, quiet and with good wifi.

  A small but very cosy appartment. Very clean and well equiped. The location is also a plus: near public transport (bus and U-bahn) and (department) stores. It is a 10-15 min car ride from Tegel Airport.

  Alles war super, einfach klasse. Wir wuerden immer gerne nochmal kommen. Es gab Nichts zu bemaengeln. Es gab nur eine Kleinigkeit, dass unsere Ankunftszeit der Kontaktperson nicht richtig weitergeleitet wurde, sodass wir am Ankunftstag vor der Tuer sehr lange warten mussten.

  Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à contacter la personne censée nous remettre les clés ; le propriétaire m'a donné un numéro ; je le contacte quelques jours avant pas de problème mais deux heures avant notre arrivée à Berlin, la personne déjà contactée est inconnue au numéro appelé ; ...palabres et finalement après un quart d'heure d'attente devant l'immeuble, une personne nous remet les clés. OUF on a eu peur.Contact A REVOIR

  Nice and cosy apartment in a good location 2 mins away from U-bahn and shops. However, on arrival waited over 1 hour for keys to be handed to us. Would definitely stay again though.

  Sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Gute Anbindung und es war wirklich alles da, was wir gebraucht und uns vorgestellt hatten.
