Tranquillo appartamento nel centro di Berlino

  9/10. Très bel appartement, très propre, calme, bien équipé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le quartier n'est pas agréable, mais il est calme. A recommander pour un bon rapport qualité/prix.

  Ancien appartement restauré avec goût et équipé de tout le nécessaire. Tout est propre et soigné, le calme absolu. A 20' du centre ville avec le RER. Le quartier n'est pas très accueillant cependant. Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour une famille sans exigences particulière.

  Clean and very quiet appartments. Very good located: 2 min walk to S-bahn Sharlottenburg, 5 min walk to Ku-dam and U-bahn Adenauerplatz. Nearby both stations two 24-hours food stores located. All the talks to a contact person were done by my German speaking friend because my German is really bad.

  Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern) haben einen schönen Kurzurlaub hinter uns: Die saubere Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Innenhof in der Nähe des Kudamms. In der Straße befindet sich u.a. ein Bäcker mit tägl. frischen Schrippen und einige nette Restaurants. Der Vermieter ist ein netter Herr, ...der sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend ist. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen****

  Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la prestation puisque c'était la première fois que nous passions par ce système. L'appartement se trouve dans un quartier tranquille et calme, avec le tram à proximité. On a répondu à mes questions par téléphone car c'est la première ...fois que je réservais et certains points n'étaient pas très clairs, comme par exemple la remise des clés. 

  The flat was very nice an clean! Could easily see myself living there. The man who met us did not speak very much english, but nothing was too much of a problem. As he proved by waiting at the flat for us till we arrived at close to 1:00am. When we got in he was more worried about that we had ...everything that we needed and the flat was ok for us, than paying him the money. 

  Alles in Ordnung, optimale Lage und sehr freundliche Kontaktperson.

  Die Wohnung liegt zwar nicht direkt in der Innenstadt aber in wenigen Minuten hat man die Fußgängerzone von Wilmersdorf erreicht. In nahem Umkreis liegen einige Restaurants, Lokale, Kneipen und auch mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Genauso schnell ist man am S-Bahnhof und dadurch sehr fix im Rest von Berlin.

  Tout fut parfait : ponctualité et amabilité lors de l'accueil, qualité du logement, congruence avec la description.

  Wohnung und auch Geschirr waren sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist für Berlin sehr ruhig, ausschlafen kein Problem. Im Internet ist die Wohnung für 6 Personen angegeben. Wir meinen, dass die kleine Küche inkl. Esstisch mit 6 Personen überbelegt ist.

  Kontakt zu Vermietern war sehr gut und sehr nett. Lage ist auch sehr schön, nicht direkt in der Mitte von Berlin, aber in Charlottenburg gelegen, ruhige und gepflegte Wohngegend, 3 min von der S-Bahn entfernt und daher ist man in 10min am Hauptbahnhof. Die Wohnung ist ideal (auch für einen ...längeren Aufenthalt) und bietet alles, was man auch zuhause haben möchte. Großes Plus für uns: an der S-Bahn-Station ist ein Lebensmittelladen, der 24h offen hat und im Haus nebenan ein Bäcker (sehr leckere Schokocroissants) - somit kann man sich von Anfang an selbst versorgen. Kommen wir wieder nach Berlin, gerne wieder! 

  Apartment in a great central location and has lots of character. You are minutes from train station which takes you to centre or airport. Only downside (for us) was that it no longer has two bedrooms, but rather one bedroom and one sitting room with sofa bed (which was OK for kids, but might not ...be too comfy for adults for more than a day or two). So the photo on website is out of date. It does have a very large L-shaped sofa now though. For a couple it would be amazing as you'd have that extra living space too. Despite that, though, we kind of fell in love with it. If you prefer quirky and characterful to modern and pristine, then it's a good one - I always prefer the sort of rental where there are spices in the kitchen cupboard! We would def come back to leafy Charlottenberg.  

  The location is good, just around the corner of Kurfürstendam.The inside is a little dated and not as bright as the pictures suggest, but all the amenities are there and the flat is in a quiet area. A map of the Underground would have been welcome.
