Stijlvol en ruim appartement voor maximaal 14 personen

  This appartments was really great- clean, spacious and very well equipped. We were there in a group of 11 people and had a great time. My only reserve in recommending it would be it was a little far from the centre so we seemed to spend a lot of time travelling back and forth. That said, I would ...probably use this appartment again. My only recommendations would be that it wasn't great the contact person turning up with headphones in both ears! 

  Liegt sehr zentral, Bahnhaltestelle, Bäckerei, Apotheke direkt in der Nähe, im Haus sehr ruhig, vom Innenhof her unruhig, bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber nicht zu hören. Austattung gut, für 11-13 Personen sind 2 Bäder etwas knapp. Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit und beseitigten kleine Mängel umgehend.

  Accommodation was clean and spacious. Location isn't central but the public transport is cheap and easy to get around, the tram stops right outside the apartment.

  Die Wohnung war sauber die Ausstattung einfach aber o.k. Die Lage ist eher ein bisschen ab vom Schuss, aber öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind schnell zu erreichen. Für jemanden der viel Platz und keine grossen Ansprüche stellt ist das Objekt o.k. Der Inhaber ist freundlich.

  We were a group of 12 staying for 3 nights for a stag do. The apartment was absolutely brilliant. Perfect for our requirements, And in an excellent location. H, the owner, was great and very accommodating. When the wifi went down on Saturday morning, I text him and it was fixed by that afternoon. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying.

  Prima appartement, zaten hier met 15 vriendinnen. 2 badkamers, waarvan er 1 was waarbij het water niet goed weg liep. WC ook 1x verstopt. App. was prima, maar niet super schoon.

  Apartment was a bit further out than we expected, but it was still really easy to get into town.

  Fantástico apartamento, con todo el mobiliario nuevo y muy completo. Cocina muy bien equipada, nórdicos en todas las camas, juegos de toallas de sobra. Hemos estado alojados un grupo de 12 personas, 6 niños y 6 adultos, y la experiencia ha sido excelente. El apartamento está muy bien comunicado,... tiene una parada de tranvía justo delante, y muchas tiendas donde comprar en los alrededores. El propietario se ha portado genial con nosotros, incluso nos permitió hacer el check out unas horas más tarde. Repetiría sin duda. 

  Bel appartement confortable pour notre groupe de 10 personnes.   The Accomodation was lovely and spacious. Kitchen well stocked. Worth noting that the living area is set back from the bedrooms which is really useful if people are up at different times. Some suggested improvements- pillows could do with replacing, two rather than one towels when staying 4 nights ...or more, with it catering for large numbers a 3rd bathroom would cut down on the queues for the shower in the morning. Would also be good to clearly state in advance that cash is required for the balance. Please note a lot of cash machines are visa but not MasterCard. Both issues caused us a bit of a cash flow problem. 

  The apartment was in a very convenient location with a tram stop across the street. It came well equipped with lots of space for our large party. H and S were extremely accommodating and flexible with our plans, which changed several times. I would highly recommend this apartment for visiting Berlin.

  Great place to stay for a long weekend in Berlin, everywhere is easy to reach with a S tram stop immediately opposite and within the same building as a fantastic small brewery where you can pick up a crate of beer!Won't hesitate in going back and staying here again.

  What a great base for our stay in Berlin. Pizza and Kebab shop on our doorstep for late night snacking. Plenty of bars down Petersburgstrasse and only a short tram/metro ride to the city's main attractions. The apartment is well furnished, the showers are hot, the TV speaks in german and H and his ...brother were very flexible to our specific needs. Thoroughly recommend this apartment for large groups spending time in the German capital.Chris, Bedford, UK (i'm voting stay in purely on he basis of this great accommodation) 

  L électroménager est vieillissant et le materiel en moyen état. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le séjour agréable.

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, hat alles gepasst!

  Location is good and overall the apt was adequate, if a bit rough around the edges... lumpy pillows, holes in the sofa/tables/flooring, shower that doesn't drain. Could do with an update. Weird positioning of the TV in the dining room instead of living room, and not enough seating in the living room... (why is there a sofa in the dining room?). Wifi was patchy despite repeatedly rebooting the router. Had to wait 20+min for the owner to let us in, despite following contact instructions. Also didn't appreciate a call from the owner asking if he could send an architect over to take building measurements during our stay. As for the neighbourhood: the Italian restaurant Pomodorino/Saporito is great, Helga's is also good for German food. Two supermarkets and an organic shop within easy walk. Received different rules from the owner upon arrival - don't think this is legal as I had agreed to different terms & conditions upon booking.
